Gamers are finally warming up to Peter Parker’s controversial new face, even if it took some nudging from Spider-Man actor Yuri Lowenthal who said that fans need to „get over“ it. While they mostly have, a new challenger has entered the ring. And it ain’t Bonesaw.

Peter’s neck is the newest hot topic. Fans took to the subreddit to share a photo from the upcoming Spider-Man 2, simply titled, „Peter and MJ“. But the comments were quickly flooded with people talking about his thick neck.

„Either his head is tiny or his neck is ginormous,“ Mrman_23 said.

Others say the thick neck is a result of his web-slinging, which is a little more believable. „When he’s whipping himself around constantly at terminal velocity and doing all those fancy flips to dodge bullets and rockets, I wouldn’t be surprised if his neck built up incredible muscles,“ fortifier22 said.
